Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the j77j7 website (available at j77j7.net) or any of the services offered through it — including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and the cashier — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Account Registration

3.2 One Account Rule

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. j77j7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets and winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j77j7 login credentials. j77j7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify j77j7 immediately by contacting [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

j77j7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 90 days) confirming your address
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account in your name)

KYC requests will be communicated to you via email. You are required to respond within 14 days. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and the freezing of pending withdrawal requests.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended. j77j7 will never request deposits via person-to-person transfers outside of the official cashier interface.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus amounts and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds or unconverted free spin winnings will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Where bonus abuse is identified, j77j7 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the account, and recover any funds that have already been withdrawn.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through j77j7 is subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are published within the relevant game interface or betting page.

6.1 Sports Betting

j77j7 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other selected sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted at j77j7's discretion under in-play betting rules. j77j7 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any particular event.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, j77j7 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Bets on abandoned or postponed matches will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time, in which case the original bet will stand.
• The maximum payout on any single sports bet is ৳5,00,000, regardless of the odds or stake. j77j7 reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual players or markets at its discretion.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on j77j7, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games such as Aviator, are provided by third-party certified game studios. The outcome of each game is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. j77j7 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j77j7 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting

• Placing bets using proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering)

Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your j77j7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, j77j7 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your nominated payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by j77j7

j77j7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Detection of duplicate or fraudulent accounts
• Account registered by or used by an individual under the age of 18
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to closure)
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their normal terms unless the closure is a result of fraud or a breach of these Terms, in which case j77j7 reserves the right to void unsettled bets and withhold balances pending investigation. j77j7 will retain records of closed accounts for a period of at least 5 years in compliance with applicable data retention obligations.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of j77j7 that cannot be resolved through j77j7's internal complaints procedure should be directed in the first instance to [email protected]. j77j7 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly.
